• if you set valueField and displayField to different record fields the value reported on a submit is that of the displayField. should be the valueField.

    I used name instead of hiddenName. Using hiddenName creates a hidden field for the combo that overrides the value when setform is called. Brilliant!

  • Ext.lib.Ajax.formRequest() is setting the displayField values instead of the valueField values. The display values must be set in the value of the input maybe this could be toggled prior to a fromRequest call? Well you probably have a better idea. I'll try to spend some more time on it today. Any suggestion on direction?
