  • Got my butt in the gym. Did my weights -- ALL of them despite not really wanting to do upper body. My legs are strong (and big) so I don't mind doing them so much, but my upper body is where I really need the work and I just hate doing those weights!


  • Ok - It doesn't look like much exercising going on. :) I can't say I'm the great exerciser, but my husband and I do get up every morning at 5:30AM and walk for about a half hour before work. We normally get 1.5 to 1.7 miles of walking. Its the best I can do. Last summer by the time we ended our walking for the WINTER, we were walking 2.5 miles each morning. Hopefully will reach that soon. It really makes my day for me. I love it, but I do tire from it. Linda
