WestJet Cancels Toronto-L.A. Route After a Month, Post Reports
Oct. 28 (Bloomberg) -- WestJet Airlines Ltd., a Canadian carrier that has made the U.S. a cornerstone of its expansion, plans to cancel non-stop service between Toronto and Los Angeles after introducing the route last month, the National Post said.

The flights, which will end in mid-December, failed to attract enough passengers, the Post said, citing WestJet Chief Executive Clive Beddoe.

The route was one of several that the Calgary-based airline announced during the summer.
